Refund & Returns Policy
At Talente, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Have all tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@talente.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your provider
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
